Made-to-Order and Customized Furniture
Products made after confirmation, including customer-selected fabrics, finishes, dimensions and project-specific configurations, normally cannot be returned or cancelled after production begins because they are prepared for an individual order.
Cancellation Requests
Submit cancellation requests in writing as early as possible. Eligibility and any deduction depend on the production stage, materials already ordered, completed work and committed logistics costs.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
Report confirmed transport damage, manufacturing issues or a material difference from the approved order promptly. Photographs, video and delivery documents may be requested before VIRELLAART offers repair coordination, a replacement part or another appropriate solution.
Approved Refunds and Contact
When a refund is approved in writing, the method and expected processing period will be confirmed. Applicable bank fees, completed production, materials and transportation costs may be deducted. Every case is reviewed individually; contact our team before ordering for destination-specific terms.
